Kilt Clothes Return & Exchange Policy

At Kilt Clothes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. While we take every measure to ensure the quality of our items, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

RETURN/REPLACEMENT:

  • All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee, along with shipping charges, will be applied for returns for replacement purposes.
  • Return or replacement requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses associated with returns or replacements.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition with tags attached.
  • Only defective items will be considered for return and replacement.
  • If Kilt Clothes is at fault, we will refund the shipping and delivery charges.
  • Prior to returning the product, photos of any defects must be provided.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Items sold during sale or discounted periods are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
  • Made to measure and fully customized items cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • Worn or altered items are ineligible for return.
  • Customers who order more than two products simultaneously are not eligible for return or replacement.

HOW TO RETURN?

  1. Obtain approval for return or replacement by submitting a request through our Return Center.
  2. Provide your name, order number, and email address used for the purchase. If the product is defective, include photos of the defects.
  3. Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to assist you further.
  4. Once approval is granted, we will provide you with a return address. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
